Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: 21 September 2026.

1. Who we are

PRGRS Group S.L. (NIF B88896212), registered with the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, Volume 1000476325157, Folio 1, Sheet B-659956, Entry 1, of Carrer d’Aragó 308, 1-2, 08009 Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@prgrsgroup.com for any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights set out below.

2. What we collect

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and it makes no requests to third-party services. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us:

  • Your name, work email address and, optionally, your organisation, when you use the contact form or email us directly.
  • The content of the message you send us.
  • Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, in the ordinary course of serving the website.

3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver a potential engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — running and responding to enquiries about our business — or, where an engagement proceeds, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Giving us this information is voluntary. If you do not provide a name and a way to reach you, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

4. Who sees it

Enquiries are read by people at PRGRS Group only. Submissions made through the contact form are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores the submission and forwards it to us by email; enquiries sent directly by email are handled by our email provider. Both process information on our behalf under their own data-processing terms. We do not share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers — including Netlify, which may process contact-form submissions outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States — store or process information internationally. Where that happens, we only use providers who offer a safeguard recognised under UK and EU GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or coverage under a UK or EU adequacy decision. [The specific safeguard Netlify and our email provider rely on will be confirmed and named here.]

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, to pursue any resulting engagement, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The cookie banner records only your accept, reject or configure choice, in your browser’s local storage — not a cookie, and never sent to our servers. You can review or change that choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, this policy will be updated first, the banner will describe them specifically, and any consent required by law will be requested before they are set.

8. Your rights

PRGRS Group is established in Spain, so EU GDPR is our home regime. You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete or restrict it, to object to our processing, and to receive certain information in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to hello@prgrsgroup.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at aepd.es, or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.

If you are located in the United Kingdom, UK GDPR gives you the same set of rights, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk instead. If you are elsewhere and your local law gives you further rights over your personal information, we will honour them on request.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you send us against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website or to our legal obligations. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about your information, can be sent to hello@prgrsgroup.com. See also our Terms & Conditions.
